Inspiration is the feeling we need in order to stay on our path when we doubt ourselves. It is the North Star that guides us to our perfect lives. So here you will find weight loss inspiration that keeps us on track both day and night. My Bariatric Life is not only about weight loss, because weight loss is part of the journey and not the final destination. To become who we really are and live our best lives ever, we need inspiration and motivation that encompasses our "whole" person. That's because weight and health affect every area of our lives -- physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, financially. And it effects the lives of those around us, be they family, friends employers or co-workers. A perfect life resides inside us. So let's purge our faulty thought patterns and bad behaviors that led us to obesity. It's time to replace them with a new healthy attitude and way of being.
