When you reach the end of your weight loss journey and realize just how much it’s improved your life, you may want to share that with everyone you meet so they can be as happy and healthy as you are. And if you want to take it a step further, you might consider changing careers for a job in which you help people along their weight loss journey. If so, here are a few jobs to consider helping people lose weight.

Personal Trainer

Exercise is key to weight loss, but it’s often hard to know which exercises are best for you and how to do them safely so you don’t get injured. That’s where personal trainers come in. They can help you to design a great workout and teach you how to do all of the exercises properly and safely. They’re also great at motivating you and helping you see your weight loss journey through to the end. If you want to be a personal trainer, you’ll have to become certified before you can start offering sessions.

Read Plus-Sized Gyms for Exercise

It’s often difficult to get enough clients in the beginning but there are some great online courses that can give you good marketing tips. Courses such as this are on the website Udemy. A unique thing about Udemy courses is that a lot of them are created by users on the site so prices are a lot more reasonable than other online courses — some are even free. Once you get certified as a personal trainer and take some courses to learn how to market yourself, you can make a good career out of it.

Nutritionist or Health Coach

Exercise is one half of the puzzle, healthy eating is the other. It’s harder than ever to eat healthy these days as supermarkets are packed full of high fat and high sugar foods. Even some foods advertised as healthy because they’re low fat are actually quite high in sugar and can lead to weight gain.

That’s why people often need a professional nutritionist or health coach to help them work out what they should and shouldn’t be eating. When you’ve been on your own weight loss journey, you should already have a good idea about nutrition. So you just need to take some training to get an official qualification and you’ll be able to start charging for your services. You could even combine personal training with nutrition to help people create a well-rounded weight loss plan.

Counseling People on a Weight Loss Journey

Changing lifestyle habits is important but people often forget that there is a big emotional aspect to weight gain. Getting to the root of why we overeat and why we can’t find the motivation to lose weight is just as important as getting down to the gym regularly. Now that you’ve understood why you struggled and you’ve overcome those problems, you could consider becoming a counselor and doing the same.

There is a huge amount of satisfaction in these jobs because you can help people overcome their barriers to weight loss and find the health and happiness that you have.

Tables under the port, a band right outside the pool house, around 6 or 7at night, Have a beautiful time, bring your Bathing suit and dance into the night...Don't forget the strings of lights and the Citronella candles....What a place for a great garden Party.....Color Plays a Part- ELLEDecor.com
A powder room was redone with a swirling red-and-white wallpaper to mirror the pops of red throughout the rest of the house and filled with burnished brass and gilded furniture topped with classical white objects d'arte in bright whites for a subtle contrast. Gorgeous.I like to use the color Red to warm up a room. Red Parrot from Benjamin Moore was perfect for this master bath in an urban townhouse. I particularly liked the contrast with the cool Calacutta marble and the white Empire soaking tub from Waterworks. Red Parrot is a particular favorite of mine because the claret undertone softens what can be percieved as a strong color.
